Hi every body, my problem is to change the interlock code after rerate on a 3126 1wm:hmmmm2. The old interlock code is 5 and the new one is 307. I use Caterpillar Factory Password Key Generator to do it. I can change fls and fts, reset customer password,modify engine serial number, all need factory password and work but not the F****G interlock code.

Looking for info on password generation for fault code removal with ET can any one help? Where do you get these generators from? If I'm not mistaken toy are looking for a factory password keygen to give you the 2 passwords required to change certain parameters like fls fts and personality module code.

It's not the first time I rerate a cat and change i-code with this k-gen and it's the first time it not work. Is anyone here experienced this problem in past? Thanks to help me. Maybe because the injectors used in a 625 are different than the 475 so the trim files for the injectors in that engine are not compatible with the 625 file. Or possibly if you renter the trim files from the disk it will take them.

Posibly because the ecm knows the injectors are different from 475 to 625 so it will not let the same files be loaded into the same cylinders on ecm replacement because it knows they should be different.
