Torrent Lost Season 6 Episode 17
June 2013 Update: Chronologically LOST in a New York Times article! February 2013 Update: We have a! All episodes are available for streaming over there. Click on the link on the right to check it out! EDIT: Is your torrent download stuck at 98%? Read the bottom of this post to find out why.
Alright, here it is, the entire Chronologically LOST series for you available in a single torrent. I ended up getting a little behind due to the holidays and then had some formatting issues, but that's all out of the way now. Some things to keep in mind: -The size of this torrent is 63.4GB, which ended up being smaller than expected, and only about 50% bigger than the original episodes.
It contains every episode that has been posted on here, along with some cover art that I made. -Regarding format, every episode has been converted into an MP4 video file using Handbrake. I've tested and ensured that all of these episodes are compatible with any Apple A4 device, meaning the iPhone 4, the iPad, and Apple TV 2 (and should be compatible with any future Apple devices).
May 24, 2010. Hello LOSTIES!!!! You must excuse me, I am still wiping the tears away from an incredibly emotional 2.5 hour experience! What an episode, what a conclusion! The feelings for this episode will, no doubt, be all over the map. The conclusion to the Sideways Timeline will be the cause for much debate about.
I can't speak to the compatibility on any Andriod, Windows Mobile, etc. Devices, because I didn't have the means to test on them. I also would not expect these to work on older Apple devices, just because the video restrictions would have forced me to downgrade the quality of the episodes. All of the episodes should be displayed in a 720x480 resolution, standard widescreen 480p format.
-Now, my attempt was to make these episodes as close to DVD quality as I could, at the very least improve upon the initial quality of the FLV files that I first released. I'd say I did a pretty good job overall, although it's probably not perfect due to a couple reasons.
First is just because when I initially ripped these episodes from my DVDs, some of the episodes converted better than the others, and I probably didn't have a great grasp of what I was doing. Second, Adobe Premiere is incredibly fickle, and I had to re-convert more episodes than I would have liked to get them to Premiere's liking, so it certainly affected the way some episodes turned out (Specifically there were some problems with the Season 6 episodes, like Ab Aeterno for example). Official Mafikizolo Ft Uhuru Khona Video Download. So, in the end the quality is pretty good, not perfect, but I'm happy with the results.
-I know some people would probably like to see this done in HD (I'm one of them), but the process of ripping, re-converting, and re-integrating all the new HD video into the project would end up taking forever, and I just don't have the time or energy to go through all that. It's a nice thought, but just not feasible.
I think that's everything. I will be hosting the torrent at all times, so you shouldn't have any problems downloading the show. I may not always be able to give all of my bandwith, as I may need to upload other things, etc., but I plan on at least seeding the torrent for the forseeable future. I'm not expecting to make any future posts at this time, so this will be my farewell of sorts to you all. I'll still get any comments you may leave on here, and I'll try my best to respond to them.
In the mean time, download the torrent, seed as much as you can so that others can enjoy it, and thanks for watching. EDIT: Well, I was hoping I'd actually be able to successfully seed all 101 episodes, but it looks like it wasn't meant to be. When I checked the compatibility of every episode, I didn't spend too much time checking the content of each episode. Well, turns out Episodes 21 and 23 are actually just duplicates of 20 and 22. So, I've stopped seeding those episodes, which means there's no way for anyone to completely download the torrent.
However, I've set up a second torrent that contains only those 2 episodes, so you can download those separately. Again, apologies for the screwup. @wayne Hmm, that's an odd error to be getting.
That doesn't sound like an error you'd get if there's a problem with the torrent, but rather perhaps a problem with how the files are being stored on your computer. Maybe you're storing the files on a network drive, or an external hard drive that was turned off, or something along those lines, I know I've received similar error messages before in those situations. Only suggestion I can make without any further info would be to try stopping the torrent and then starting it back up again and see if that reset fixes the problem.
@SmackleFunky @Singe Sorry about that, my webhost was having some issues last night which is why you were getting the forbidden message. Should be okay now. @SmackleFunky In theory yes, that would be the way to go. However, considering the number of people that have already downloaded the original torrent, I'd have to get all of those people to download the new torrent in order to get seeders, and there's just no guarantee of that happening, plus the people that are still downloading the old torrent would lose seeders that move over to the new torrent. I'd love it if there was an easier way to do it, but I think logistically it would be too much of a mess. I really appreciate your work on this project.
I was thinking of creating this myself. Luckily I checked on the Internet, and saw that you had already created this huge project. Would take hundreds of hours, so I'm glad I found it. You did a much better job than I could do as well. However, I think it's crucial that I bring to your attention that a few scenes are missing. You are missing the scene where Claire's boyfriend breaks up with her, and all this stuff with Sun and Jin's marriage going haywire, as well as the whole bit with the father in law getting Jin to go threaten that guy to reopen the business, and Jin coming home with his hands all bloody. There are probably more scenes missing as well.
I believe this is what Episodes 21 and 23 were originally supposed to be, but something got mixed up. I really hope a fix can be made to this, it's kind of a bummer. First you need to install a torrent client. I recommend uTorrent myself.
Descargar Driver Usb Analog Tv Fujitel. You can download it here: Once that is installed, you should be able to click the two torrent links I have in my post. Then you can download the torrent files, and open them.
They will then open up in uTorrent. UTorrent will ask you to specify where you would like to download the files in the torrent. Once you do that, that should be about it. Within uTorrent you should see your download speed, and it will show you how far along your progress is, how much time is left, etc.
@Katy You have to wait for the torrent to fully download before you can watch the episodes. The way torrents work is they split the files in the torrent into many, many smaller pieces, so that each piece is only a couple MB or so. Then what happens is the client downloads the torrent a piece at a time.
But the pieces are not downloaded in order, it just grabs whatever is available next. So in this case, even thought your torrent might be 30% complete, that doesn't mean any one episode has been 100% downloaded yet.
And until an episode is fully downloaded, it will not play on your computer. So you just have to wait until it's finished downloading. Ah, never mind - I played around with my settings a bit and got a much better result.
It's most of the way through the download now:) Anyway, just wanted to say, I've just finished watching the first two episodes and they were great! Really good editing, and I like the use of the split screens to go between action happening in different places at the same time. Definitely a new viewing experience seeing it in chronological order too. I've found myself looking for clues as to when things are taking place, so I can think 'ah, that's why Mike put this scene here.' I don't know how else to send you a message so here I am.
I want to thank you so much. As a fan of this show, I appreciate all the work you put into this, and it's amazing. I'm seeing things, I missed even after all the times I've watched the series. And, I mainly wanted to say this, thanks to you, without all of the skip forwards and backwards the info is there.
And it's revealed another layer of this show/story. For that, I thank you. I love this show/story, and to think I can still get something out of it is just awesome and eye opening. Kuddos, mad kuddos to you!
I have been downloading for 2 days now, ever since I saw the reddit post. It is taking forever to download I am still only at 40% downloading at 150kB/s. However, I did go into the episodes and I turned the priority of the first 3 episodes to 'High' and was able to get them to 100% and watch them even though I am only at 40% overall.
Anyways great job! Tons of my friends are interested in this. My only question is, would it be better for downloaders if you were to post a new torrent file that includes episodes 21 and 23 (100% of the chronologically lost) that way people can get 100% downloaded and seed more easily. Or is that too much work?
I am not sure what all goes into that. Thanks again! I had thought about doing that, however the problem is that all of the people that were downloading and/or seeding the old torrent would be of no use to everyone downloading/seeding the new torrent. There was never a good time for me to do that because there was always someone that was in the middle of downloading the torrent.
It would have had to be a clean break at some point in time. Maybe it would have been okay to try when site traffic was in more of a lull, but now with this crazy traffic spike there's not much I can do about it now.
Hi Mike, I just found this site thanks to some guy on twitter and plan to start watching soon. Very excited! I've wanted to watch Lost chronologically for years and didn't know this existed. Thank you for all your hard work!
You mentioned in your blog on August 22 2010 and October 28 2010 that there were a list of changes you wanted to make and some missing scenes to add, but no mention afterward. Just curious if you did make those changes or not? If not, do you still have the list of changes lying around? You've already done a ton of work, so please don't put yourself out if the information isn't readily available. I'm more curious than anything.:). Thanks for the comment David. As for changes, what had happened was I had initially released all of the episodes right after LOST went off the air in 2010.
It was basically my first run through, and you might see in some of the individual episode posts that I made, viewers left comments pointing out logistical errors I had made, not putting a scene in the right order, things like that. And there actually ended up being one or two scenes that for whatever reason completely missed the cut, so I had to add those back in.
This was all done before I released the episodes out onto torrents (I also re-encoded the episodes at a slightly higher quality), and before they were uploaded onto FB. While the series is still probably not 100% error free, thanks to everyone's feedback I was able to fix a handful of continuity issues. Unfortunately I'm not sure that I have a list sitting around anywhere save for the comments people left in the specific episode posts. If I happen to find it consolidated somewhere I'll let you know. Thanks for watching. And not 15 minutes after asking about where a specific scene was located, I managed to find it. Anyway, I'm going to start watching this now, having just finished LOST my first time through.
Having the time flashes appear randomly (or, completely nonrandom, as time runs in a line here), the flashbacks compiled, the Island uninterrupted, the Flashforwards in order, the Flashsideways where it belongs as an epilogue. It's going to be like watching the show all over again. I've flicked through some of it to see the quality of the edit, and it is superb. Many, many thanks for the time and effort you put into this! Even 2-3 years after you made this, it's still providing new people with entertainment.
That should feel pretty great. Mike, Thanks for all you're hard work, this is amazing. I had never watched an episode of the show before 4 months ago when a few friends recommended it. Last month I finished the series on netflix and couldn't get enough. I then watched every clip I could find on youtube about the show and read the entire wikipedia page. I found your project because I started thinking a lot about the chronology and had an idea for the show to be rearranged chronologically by character. Each season would follow one of the characters lives chronologically and only show the scenes that they are in.
When I googled it to see if anything like that already existed I found your page and was blown away. I needed to make room on my hard drive to download it all and in the meantime I have read your entire website including all the show descriptions and comments. Now i finally have it all downloaded and can't wait to watch it. My download is stuck at 99% but if I'm reading correctly that is because two of the episodes are missing from the torrent and need to be downloaded separately. Is that correct? If so I'm ready to go!
Thanks again for all your hard work. This is very impressive. Wait, that's what I should have done. I should have waited for the files to finish transferring to my iTunes account. Then I would have seen what you meant by episodes 21 and 23 in the original torrent were duplicates of other episodes. I'm obviously not Jack Shepard, I don't have any patients.;p. Thanks a bunch for this dream come true.(I had a vision of this and posted a suggestion on Reddit about it, and someone answered the suggestion with a link here.
It's like it was. I tried commenting and can't see that it went through or not. I downloaded the main torrent which stopped around 98-99%. As per your instructions I then downloaded the fix with the 2 episodes. The problem was that I didn't know what to do with the original incomplete torrent.
I was impatient and thought I'd just hit stop even though I was worried it would just disappear. Sadly that is exactly what happened. I can't find the incomplete file anywhere! So I restarted a new downloaded which will surely take another day and a half. Once I get to 98% again, what do I do to keep from losing it again!
'Lost' was my favorite TV series and my priority on television. However, in the beginning of the fifth season, I decided to quit watching this series since it had become a mess with inconsistent time travels, and showing that the writers were completely lost.
But I bought the six seasons on DVD. On 17 March 2013, I decided to watch all the shows in sequence to find whether I had missed something with the interruption and I have just finished watching the 117 episodes in five weeks.
Unfortunately, 'Lost' only works until the fourth season; after that the genre changes from drama with action to brainless and incoherent sci-fi and supernatural genres without solving most of the mysteries of the island. The patchwork quilt, with the supernatural Jacob, was basically created to give vague explanation to a couple of mysteries in the island. It seems unbelievable that there are people that liked this mess.
My vote is one (awful). Title (Brazil): 'The End'.
